Ingredients
  

  • 500 g ground beef or turkey
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • Salsa sour cream, and guacamole for serving

Method
 

  1. Cook the ground meat in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning and water according to the packet instructions. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
  4. Serve the seasoned meat in tortillas, topped with lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, and any additional toppings like salsa, sour cream, and guacamole.
