- 1 cup cornmeal 120g
- 1 teaspoon salt 5g
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 2g
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 2g
- 1 cup buttermilk 240ml

- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted (30g)
