Preheat Oven:
- Set the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
Prepare the Marinade:
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
Season the Salmon:
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush or spoon the marinade evenly over each fillet.
Bake the Salmon:
- Transfer the baking sheet to the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets. The salmon is done when it flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Broil for a Golden Finish (Optional):
- If you prefer a crispier top, broil the salmon for an additional 2 minutes.
Garnish and Serve:
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve with lemon slices and your favorite side dish.
