  • 100 grams chocolate-flavored protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon Xanthan Gum
  • 10 ice cubes

  1. Put the milk, strawberries, protein powder, xanthan gum, and ice cubes in your blender, and blend on high speed for about 3-4 minutes, till it is creamy.
  2. Pour the creamy mixture out into a bowl, and place in the freezer for two hours.
  3. After two hours, it should have solidified, and your ice cream is ready.
