Ingredients
  

For the Wraps
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast shredded or diced (grilled or rotisserie)
  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing adjust to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup croutons lightly crushed (optional, for crunch)
  • Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
Optional Add-Ins
  • Sliced cherry tomatoes
  • Avocado slices
  • Crispy bacon bits

Equipment

  • Cutting board

Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Chop the Romaine lettuce and cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Lightly crush the croutons, if using.
Combine the Filling
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the chicken, lettuce, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and optional add-ins like cherry tomatoes or bacon bits. Toss gently to coat everything evenly.
Warm the Tortillas (Optional)
  1. Heat each tortilla in a non-stick skillet over medium heat for about 20 seconds per side to make them pliable.
Assemble the Wraps
  1. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spoon a generous amount of the chicken Caesar mixture into the center of the tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle with crushed croutons and additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
  4. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it tightly from the bottom up to form a wrap.
Serve and Enjoy
  1. Slice each wrap in half diagonally for presentation.
  2. Serve immediately, or wrap tightly in foil or parchment paper for on-the-go meals.
