  • 1 lb 450 g pork sausage (mild or spicy)
  • 1 lb 450 g processed cheese (e.g., Velveeta), cubed
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes optional for heat
  • 1 loaf cocktail rye bread

Method
 

Cook the Meat Mixture:
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and sausage until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
Melt the Cheese:
  1. Reduce the heat to low and add the cubed processed cheese to the skillet. Stir constantly until the cheese is fully melted and combined with the meat.
Season the Mixture:
