- 2 chicken breasts cut into 4 cutlets
- 1 jar of marinara sauce about 3 cups
- 1 cup of mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon of Salt
- ½ teaspoon of ground black pepper
- Fresh basil or parsley to garnish
Run the chicken cutlets with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning, and make sure to rub them in properly.
Pour your marinara sauce into the instant pot, then toss in the seasoned chicken whilst scooping some sauce on top of the chicken.
Close the lid of the pot, and set the valve to seal, then cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
When the pot reaches the right pressure, it'll notify you by beeping, then release the steam.
Now, open the lid gently, and top the chicken with cheese, then close the lid, and allow it to sit until the cheese is melted.
