Method
- Run the chicken cutlets with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning, and make sure to rub them in properly.
- Pour your marinara sauce into the instant pot, then toss in the seasoned chicken whilst scooping some sauce on top of the chicken.
- Close the lid of the pot, and set the valve to seal, then cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
- When the pot reaches the right pressure, it'll notify you by beeping, then release the steam.
- Now, open the lid gently, and top the chicken with cheese, then close the lid, and allow it to sit until the cheese is melted.

- If you can’t get marinara sauce, any other pasta sauce will do a good enough job of being a substitute.
