- In a small saucepan, toast the pumpkin spice on medium heat for about 1 minute.
- Add in the pumpkin puree and sugar, and mix them in, allow to heat up for about 1 minute.
- In a medium saucepan, pour in the heavy cream, and add the pumpkin spice, puree, and sugar mix.
- Heat on medium-low heat whilst whisking till the cream gets warm and all the ingredients are mixed together properly.
- Turn off the heat, and stir in the maple syrup.
- Allow to cool at room temperature for another 15 minutes, then pour into a glass jar with an airtight lid and store in the fridge for up to 7 days.
