- Preheat the oven to 380 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a skillet or pan. Add the chopped spinach and cook for about five minutes.
- Let the liquids dry up.
- Remove the pan from heat and stir in the salmon and parmesan cheese until combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then set aside.
- Take the cooked pasta shells and stuff each one with the salmon mixture. Arrange them in a baking dish.
- Add Parmesan cheese to the top.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the shells are golden and heated through.
