- Get a large saucepan over medium heat, then add the ground beef, and season with the onion, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Crumble the beef and allow it to brown.
- Transfer the beef to the slow cooker whilst discarding any excess fat. Add the mixed veggies, tomato basil soup, and water to the slow cooker and stir properly with the beef.
- Now, cook on low for 6 hours, but if you can't wait, you can cook on high for 3 hours.
- Viola, your slow cooker hamburger soup is ready to serve. Enjoy!

- If you want to spice things up more, you can use beef broth in place of water.
