  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 cups Frying oil
  • 8 oz Turkey breast

Method
 

  1. With a shallow dish, mix the flour, breadcrumbs, oregano, and salt.
  2. With a different shallow dish, beat the eggs.
